Our unique ‘macro-micro’ forecasting approach brings together local area demographic intelligence with site-level housing development data, drawn from the Edge Analytics Consilium Local Plan Housing database, which contains details of planned housing growth for all Local Planning Authorities (LPA) in Great Britain.
In the ‘Housing Plan’ scenario, updated every 6 months, the impacts of planned housing development on local-area demographics are modelled. This scenario is benchmarked against the latest official trend projection from ONS.
